Land of Sky Regional Council is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Regional Safe Routes to School Coordinator. The Regional Safe Routes to School Coordinator leads Land of Sky Regional Council’s Safe Routes to School Program by working directly with schools, families, and communities to make it safer and easier for children to walk, bicycle, and roll to school. Through education, outreach, encouragement, and strong partnerships, the Coordinator helps students build lifelong transportation safety skills while supporting schools in creating safer arrival and dismissal practices.
